The CF0506 is the smaller of the line's two centrifuges, and it is the one you buy when bench space is the constraint.
What it does is what every centrifuge does: it spins the sample and lets density do the work. What differs between machines is the control over that spin, and here it shows up in three places. The range runs from 300 to 5000 rpm, the value can be set in RPM or in G-force, and deceleration has two speeds, because braking too fast gives back to the sample what the separation has just sorted out.
The two programs, P1 and P2, are customisable and fire with one key. In a clinic running the same protocol dozens of times a week, that is the difference between configuring and pressing.
It is used for PRP and PRF separation, and also for serum, urine and faecal samples. It serves clinics, laboratories, blood banks, medical schools and research institutes.
The transparent lid keeps the rotor in view with the machine closed.
