Lumbar endoscopic decompression simulator, L2 to S1, with four operable levels and two hernias per level: up to eight sessions in one unit.
Spine endoscopy is learned by repeating, and repeating is exactly what costs money. A model that serves one level and is done turns every session into an expense.
Lumbar Posterior was built against that problem: four operable levels from L2 to S1, with two paramedian hernias in each, left and right. That is up to eight sessions in a single piece.
The anatomy follows: paravertebral muscle, ligamentum flavum, interspinous and posterior longitudinal ligaments, dura and nerve roots, and the discs at L2-L3, L3-L4, L4-L5 and L5-S1. Water irrigation is provided for, because without fluid there is no endoscopy, and vision depends on it.
Four access routes come out of the same piece: interlaminar, extraforaminal, transforaminal and percutaneous.
